• Joseph Zachary Frey, 36, of Old Federal Road, Old Fort, was arrested on July 23 by the McMinn County Sheriff’s Department and charged with a capias. He was being held without bond and faced a date in General Sessions Court on July 23.

• Adam Wyatt, 23, of Osment St., Cleveland, was arrested on July 23 by the McMinn County Sheriff’s Department and charged with a warrant for official misconduct, introducing contraband into a penal facility and possession of meth with intent. He was released on $12,000 bond and faces a date in Criminal Court on Aug. 3.

• Logan McKeehan, 24, of Jones St., Athens, was arrested on July 24 by the Athens Police Department and charged with domestic. He was released on $500 bond and faces a date in General Sessions Court on July 27.

• Robbie McKeehan, 45, of Jones St., Athens, was arrested on July 24 by the Athens Police Department and charged with aggravated domestic assault. He was released on $500 bond and faces a date in General Sessions Court on July 27.

• Johnny Robinson, 35, of County Road 678, Riceville, was arrested on July 24 by the McMinn County Sheriff’s Department and charged with a warrant for theft $1,000-$2,500. He was released on $2,000 bond and no court date was listed.

• Jeffrey Burnette, 60, with no address listed, was arrested on July 24 by the McMinn County Sheriff’s Department and charged with violation of state probation. He was being held without bond and faces a date in Criminal Court on Aug. 3.

• Judy Ann Oody, 61, of Vonore Road, Loudon, was arrested on July 24 by the McMinn County Sheriff’s Department and charged with aggravated burglary and theft of property under $500. She was being held on $2,000 bond and faces a date in General Sessions Court on July 27.

• Marcus Edward Ripley, 48, of County Road 350, Sweetwater, was arrested on July 25 by the Athens Police Department and charged with driving under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia and being a fugitive from justice. He was being held without bond or a court date listed.

• Jessie Fairbanks, 28, of County Road 234, Niota, was arrested on July 25 by the McMinn County Sheriff’s Department and charged with violation of state probation and violation of probation. He was being held without bond and faces dates in General Sessions Court on July 27 and in Criminal Court on Aug. 3.

• Angel Lavonne Alvarez, 37, of Old Niota Road, Athens, was arrested on July 25 by the McMinn County Sheriff’s Department and charged with possession of a Schedule II drug for resale and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was being held on $16,000 bond and faces a date in General Sessions Court on July 27.
