• Jami L. McMurray, 21, of 418 County Road 750, Athens, was arrested on March 14 by the Athens Police Department and charged with burglary other than habitation, filing false reports, prohibited weapons and burglary. She was released on $5,000 bond and faces a date in General Sessions Court on April 27.

• Angeleke Lewis, 47, of 1297 County Road 609, Etowah, was arrested on March 14 by the McMinn County Sheriff’s Department and charged with domestic assault (intimidation). She was being held on $500 bond and faces a date in General Sessions Court on April 27.

• Tristan Buchanan, 21, of 218 County Road 146, Riceville, was arrested on March 16 by the McMinn County Sheriff’s Department and charged with driving under the influence. He was released on $1,000 bond and faces a date in General Sessions Court on April 27.

• Douglas Hemphill, 54, of 3317 Miller Drive, Powell, was arrested on March 17 by the McMinn County Sheriff’s Department and charged with violation of probation. He was released on a citation and no court date was listed.

• Robert B. Fletcher, 59, of 9112 Villagewood Drive, Harrison, was arrested on March 17 by the McMinn County Sheriff’s Department and charged with being a fugitive from justice. He was being held without bond or a court date listed.

• Dawn Summers, 41, of 3215 Thomas Hill Way, Knoxville, was arrested on March 17 by the McMinn County Sheriff’s Department and charged with a bench warrant. She was released on $2,000 bond and faces a date in General Sessions Court on April 25.

• Michelle E. Everett, 52, of 451 County Road 82, Athens, was arrested on March 17 by the Tennessee Highway Patrol and charged with driving under the influence and violation of the implied consent law. She was being held without bond or a court date listed.
