• Kenneth Williamson, 53, of Shady Grove Lane, Englewood, was arrested on May 6 by the Englewood Police Department and charged with violation of an order of protection. He was being held on $500 bond and faced a date in General Sessions Court on May 9.

• Clarence H. Nichols, 43, of Reagan Valley Rd., Tellico Plains, was arrested on May 6 by the McMinn County Sheriff's Department on a capias summons for violation of probation. He was being held without bond and faced a date in General Sessions Court on May 9.

• Robert F. Suttles, 32, of Howard Rd., Decatur, was arrested on May 7 by the McMinn County Sheriff's Department and charged with aggravated assault. He was being held on $30,000 bond and faced a date in General Sessions Court on May 9.
