• Raymond A. Davis, 52, of 28 Carter St., Englewood, was arrested on May 22 by the Etowah Police Department and charged with driving under the influence, possession of a schedule II drug, possession of a schedule IV drug, violation of the implied consent law, driving on a revoked license, possession of a schedule II drug and possession of a schedule IV drug. • Vance W. Hughes, 59, of 305 Meadowview Lane, Decatur, was arrested on May 22 by the McMinn County Sheriff’s Department and charged with driving under the influence and possession of a weapon while intoxicated. He was released on $4,000 bond and faces a date in General Sessions Court on June 11.

• Lavon Moore Jr., 43, of 1106 Clayton St., Athens, was arrested on May 22 by the 10th Judicial Drug Task Force and charged with possession of a schedule I drug for resale, possession of a schedule II drug, possession of a schedule VI drug, possession of drug paraphernalia, criminal trespassing and possession of heroin for resale. He was released on $53,500 bond and faces a date in General Sessions Court on June 11.

• William Bearden, 20, of 167 Mitchell Lane, Ten Mile, was arrested on May 22 by the Athens Police Department and charged with underage driving under the influence, violation of the implied consent law and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was being held on $2,000 bond and faces a date in General Sessions Court on May 26.

• Jonathan Newberry, 42, of 220 Ander Rd. SE, Cleveland, was arrested on May 22 by the Tennessee Highway Patrol and charged with public intoxication and criminal impersonation. He was being held on $2,000 bond for Bradley County authorities and faces a date in General Sessions Court on May 26.

• Brandon L. Wright, 28, of 227 County Road 725, Riceville, was arrested on May 23 by the McMinn County Sheriff’s Department and charged with aggravated assault. He was being held on $15,000 bond and no court date was listed.

• Brian T. Pritchard, 45, of 138 County Road 244, Athens, was arrested on May 23 by the Athens Police Department and charged with public intoxication. He was being held on $500 bond and no court date was listed.

• Mark Lamb, 55, of 114 N. Fork Rd., Madisonville, was arrested on May 23 by the McMinn County Sheriff’s Department and charged with driving on a revoked license, unlawful drug paraphernalia and violation of the open container law. He was being held on $19,000 bond and no court date was listed.

• Peyton Graham, 39, with no address listed, was arrested on May 24 by the McMinn County Sheriff’s Department and charged with initiation of meth. He was being held on $48,000 bond and faces a date in Criminal Court on June 8.
