The Tennessee Department of Health has released its latest statistics related to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. As of 3 p.m. Monday, Tennessee has compiled a total of 264,587 cases of coronavirus (COVID-19) and 3,379 fatalities. A total of 3,705,426 tests have been completed so far.

McMinn County has 1,763 total cases with 200 active cases and 40 fatalities reported out of 24,003 total tests. Meigs County has 349 cases with 54 active cases and six fatalities out of 4,431 total tests.

McMinn shares a border with the following affected counties: Monroe (1,559 cases); Loudon (1,724); Bradley (3,778); Meigs (349) and Polk (545). Meigs shares a border with the following affected counties: Roane (1,528 cases); Hamilton (12,395); Bradley (3,778); McMinn (1,763) and Rhea (1,182).

The Tennessee counties with 2,000 or more reported cases are Blount (3,650); Bradley (3,778); Coffee (2,058); Davidson (33,402); Dyer (2,431); Gibson (2,272); Hamblen (2,600); Hamilton (12,395); Knox (13,615); Madison (3,994); Maury (3,806); Montgomery (4,520); Putnam (4,681); Robertson (2,729); Rutherford (12,730); Sevier (3,580); Shelby (38,288); Sullivan (4,167); Sumner (6,598); Tipton (2,565); Washington (3,967); Williamson (7,662); and Wilson (5,065).
