Main Street, Decatur, Tennessee 37322, until 2:00 PM ET, Thursday, May 20, 2021and at this time bids will be opened and read aloud. The information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications, and Forms of Performance and Payment Bond, and other contract documents may be examined at the following: Upland Design Group, Inc. Crossville, Tennessee Chattanooga Builders Exchange Chattanooga, Tennessee Builders Exchange of Tennessee Knoxville, Tennessee AGC Chattanooga, Tennessee Prospective Bidders/ Contractors may obtain electronic access to the Bid Documents upon request from the Architect, at 362 Industrial Blvd., Crossville, TN 38555; phone (931) 484-7541. A pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, May 13th, 2021 at 9:30 AM ET, at Meigs County High School. All attendees must enter campus through the security gate entrance off of W Memorial Drive and then gather outside the main building entrance. The purpose of this meeting is to explain the scope of work and to provide an opportunity for bidders to ask questions about the project. Bidders will not be allowed access to the construction areas following the pre-bid meeting and should come to the pre-bid meeting prepared to perform field verification necessary to prepare their bid.
