Nikki Tindle, of Decatur, and Cody Walden, of Niota, were united in marriage on Sept. 27, 2014.
The bride is the daughter of Sam and Diane Tindle, of Athens, and Wayne and Donna Sargeant, of Decatur. The groom is the son of Allen Walden, of Niota, and Tina Young, of Birchwood.
The ceremony was held at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church in Sweetwater with Keith Wilcox officiating. Linda Johnson, of Niota, provided the music.
The bride was given in marriage by her father. She is a 2014 graduate of McMinn County High School.
Ashlynn Wilson was the maid of honor and Stacy and Lacy Tindle served as bridesmaids. Kayla Brackner was the flower girl.
The groom is a student at Liberty Christian School.
Josh Walden was the best man and Collin and Caleb Tindle served as groomsmen. Eli Brackner was the ring bearer. Wayne Sargeant and the bride's brother, Jhon Arwood, served at ushers.
A reception followed the service with Becky Erwin providing entertainment.
After a wedding trip to Pigeon Forge, the couple is back at home in Niota.
