Cox and Simmons

Lynsie Cox of Decatur and Austin Simmons of Riceville were recently united in marriage in a ceremony at Red Clay State Historic Park in Cleveland.

The bride was given in marriage by her grandfather, Richard Allen Hubbard. Jason Kennedy, of Liberty Church of Christ, officiated the ceremony.

The bride is a 2016 graduate of Meigs County High School and is currently attending Cleveland State Community College. She is the daughter of SherryJo Hubbard of Decatur.

The groom is a 2016 graduate of Meigs County High School and is employed with Mayfield Dairy Farms. His mother and stepfather are Kara Teague Freeman and Danny Freeman Jr. of Riceville. His father and stepmother are Kenneth Simmons and Mollie Pendergrass Simmons of Ten Mile.

The couple resides in Riceville.
