Marie “Toni” Collins, 69, of Decatur, passed away on Friday, Oct. 11, 2019. She was born in Racine, Wis., and lived in Athens for many years. Marie was an honorably discharged veteran of the United States Army. She attended Keith Memorial United Methodist Church and also Pope Avenue Church. Marie was well known and loved by many people and many four-legged companions. She will forever be missed by many family and friends. She is survived by her sister, Karen Zenger of Washington, and her brothers, Gerard Olszewski and his wife, Victoria, of Athens, and Wally Olszewski and his wife, Lisa, of Racine, Wis. A memorial service will be planned for a later date.
