Rivalry victory celebration

The McMinn County Cherokees celebrate their 44-34 victory over Bradley Central on Friday at Cherokee Stadium. The win was the Tribe’s first in the 92-year-old series since 2013, ending a five-game losing streak to the archrival Bears and also clinching the Region 2-6A runner-up spot and a home playoff game.
