Postseason tournament play is set to begin in District 5-AAA basketball.
The McMinn County Lady Cherokees finished with a 9-3 mark in the district, earning them a two-seed in the tournament. The Lady Tribe's first-round opponent will be Soddy-Daisy, which McMinn beat handily Tuesday night, 50-30.
