Cherokees put away Owls with late rally

CHATTANOOGA - McMinn County High School had several opportunities to put host Ooltewah away early In Friday's District 5-AAA matchup, but the Cherokees kept the crowd in suspense before erupting for 16 unanswered points in a four-minute span midway of the fourth period en route to a 35-24 win over the Owls.
