Veterans, active military get free Elvis tickets

Veterans and active duty military personnel can see "The King" in concert for free. But, tickets are limited.
This Saturday, Feb. 9, Etowah Merchants & Friends Association will give 200 free reserve tickets to area veterans for next week's Elvis Tribute Artist Matt Cordell concert. The tickets will be given away at the Etowah Community Center on Saturday, Feb. 9, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Veterans and active duty military personnel who have proof of service (military ID, discharge papers, or veterans organization membership cards) can get up to two free tickets for themselves and a guest to attend Cordell's Sunday, Feb. 17, matinee concert at Etowah's Gem Theater.
