In New York and New Jersey, there's massive devastation in the wake of Hurricane Sandy. In the Middle East, there's war and destruction. In Third World countries dotting the global landscape, there's hunger and hopelessness. In Etowah, we've got pets people don't like because they look mean. Around McMinn County, there's a possibility grant funds could come in and wreak all kinds of havoc, like improving our infrastructure and our educational system.
