Are grants available to make me look any less like a Pit Bull?

I guess I can't show my face in Etowah anymore. The Etowah City Commission just outlawed Pit Bulls and anything that has the "appearance and characteristics" of Pit Bulls. Well, a French Poodle I ain't.
