Helping inmates catch Adult Education 'bug'

The following is Winona Pless' letter of nomination for B.W. Cooley as TAACE Volunteer of the Year:
After a 10-year absence at the Justice Center, this year we were able to revive adult education classes there. Our new sheriff, Joe Guy, serves on our Adult Education Foundation Board, and was very supportive of adult education having a presence there again.
