Parents or couples have 30 days from the date the form is completed to turn in a photo. After 30 days the announcement may be published without a photo. Forms submitted after 90 days require a $15 fee. Weddings submitted after 6 months will not be published. The DPA will return only those photos submitted with a self-addressed stamped envelope. A photo can also be picked up after it has been published in the newspaper. Call 745-5664 for information or if you have any questions.
