Dulcie Sara Ann Kirby Moses, 90, of Riceville, passed away on Thursday morning, Feb. 14, 2013, at NHC HealthCare of Athens.



A native and lifelong resident of McMinn County, she was a daughter of the late Sam and Callie Teague Kirby, and was preceded in death by her husband, Dallas Moses; and three brothers, R.L. Kirby, Bert Kirby and Ed Kirby. She was a devoted mother, known to all who loved her as \"Granny.\" She loved her Lord, her church and her family. She was the oldest living member of Clay Hill Baptist Church and she had worked for many years for Peerless of Cleveland and retired from Athens Stove Works.



Survivors include one daughter and son-in-law, Betty and Charles Johnson of Riceville; three grandchildren and their spouses, Ricky and Egenia Johnson of Athens, Vickie and John Hughes of Athens and Debbie and Gary Monroe; six great-grandchildren and two spouses, Misty Womac, Cayci Johnson, Charlie and Sabrina Womac, Cody and Melissa Johnson, and Melissa, Jessica Lee and Josh Monroe; five great-great-grandchildren, Brettany Lee, Charlie Womac, J.P. Parrella, Braylen Johnson and MaKenzie Burnette; and two sisters and one brother-in-law, Opal and Bob Guidas of Knoxville and Neva Yates of Athens.



Funeral services will be 7 p.m. Friday in the chapel of Ziegler Funeral Home with the Rev. Craig Wilcox and the Rev. Greg Watson officiating. Burial will be 11 a.m. Saturday in South Liberty Cemetery.



Grandsons will serve as pallbearers.



The family will receive friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.



In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to Clay Hill Baptist Church or the Alzheimer\'s Association, Southeast Tennessee Chapter, 735 Broad St., Suite 300, Chattanooga, TN 37402.
