Pat Hafley Running, 65, of Wilmington, N.C., died on Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2013, unexpectedly at her home.
A native of Athens and a graduate of McMinn County High School, she was a longtime resident of Wilmington, N.C. She was preceded in death by her parents, the late Katherine and Lester Hafley of Athens; and her grandparents, Beatrice and Lloyd Conner of Athens.
Survivors include two daughters, Trish and Katherine Running, both of Wilmington, N.C.; one son, Kenny Running of Wilmington, N.C.; two sisters, Peggy Decker of Riceville and Martha Kirkland of Sweetwater; one brother, Eddie Hafley of Athens; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete and will be held at a later date in Wilmington, N.C.
Andrews Mortuary & Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
