Ronald \"Ronnie\" Eugene Price, 64, of Athens, died Monday, Dec. 3, 2012, at his residence.
A native and lifelong resident of McMinn County, he was a son of the late Claude \"Buff\" and Hazel Wattenbarger Price, and was preceded in death by an infant sister, Ethel Price; another sister, Dolly Dotson; and one brother, Sam Price. He was retired from Olin Chemicals.
Survivors include one daughter, Rhonda Louise Price of Athens; two grandsons, Timothy Dylan Cook of Etowah, and Randall Chase Spurgeon of Sweetwater; four sisters and one brother-in-law, Oneida Robinson of Athens, JoAnn Burke of Riceville, and June and Curtis Hicks and Dianna \"Nook\" Burke, all of Athens; and 25 nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be 2 p.m. Friday at McMinn Memory Gardens with the Rev. Jimmy Lewis officiating.
The family will receive friends from noon to 1:30 p.m. Friday at Ziegler Funeral Home.
