Mary Alice Daniels, 91, of Ten Mile, went to be with the Lord on Monday, Aug. 6, 2012, at the home of her son, Eugene Daniels.

She was born on April 14, 1921, in Roane County to the late John T. and Eliza May Tilley Roberts. She was a member of Maple Grove Baptist Church and attended High Ridge Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter Daniels; one daughter, Joyce; one daughter-in-law, Pearl Daniels; one son-in-law, Buddy Harrison; and several brothers and sisters.

Survivors include five children and three spouses, Juanita and Sammy Branham, Eugene Daniels, Frances Harrison and Shirley and Lonnie Renfro, all of Ten Mile, and Darlene and Gary Rolen of Decatur; 12 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 8 p.m. Thursday in the chapel of Bowers Funeral Home with the Rev. Gary Rolen, the Rev. G.E. Sitzler and the Rev. Curtis Walden officiating. Burial will be 11 a.m. Friday in Maple Grove Cemetery in Ten Mile.

The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
