Hayden Michael Alexander, newborn son of Ashley Maroon and Justin Alexander, both of Benton, died Tuesday, May 22, 2012, in a local hospital.
He was preceded in death by his infant sister, Gracie Maroon.
In addition to his parents, survivors include two brothers, Thomas and Mathew Alexander, both of Cleveland; his grandparents, Tammy Goforth of Etowah, Rickie Dale of Cleveland, and Sherrie Alexander of Calhoun; his great-grandparents, Dolly \"Nanny\" Earls of Benton, Clara Alexander of Knoxville, and Tommy Croft of Etowah; two uncles, Michael \"Pedro\" Earls of Etowah, and Josh Parris of Old Fort; and one aunt, Faith Goforth of Etowah.
Graveside services will be 11 a.m. Friday at Etowah City Cemetery with Minister West Dandridge officiating.
