Mark Sherman Howard, 36, of Decatur, died Wednesday, April 18, 2012, at his residence.
A native of Bradley County and a longtime resident of Meigs County, he was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Daffine Langford; and his paternal grandparents, Floyd and Cecil Howard.
Survivors include his parents, Franklin \"Pete\" and Emma Jones Howard of Decatur; one brother and sister-in-law, Tony and Michalle Howard of Decatur; one niece, Mechelle Howard of Decatur; and one nephew, Colby Howard of Decatur.
Funeral services will be 7 p.m. Friday at Cottonport Baptist Church with the Rev. David Evans officiating.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 7 p.m. Friday at the church.
