Timothy \"T\" Alan Perry, 17, of Decatur, died in an automobile accident on Saturday, April 14, 2012.
He was a junior at Meigs County High School and was preceded in death by his grandfather, Gary Perry.
Survivors include his father, Jack Miller of Jefferson, Ga.; his mother, Julie Perry of Decatur; three brothers, Logan Huse of Decatur, and Jacob Miller and Seth Miller, both of Jefferson, Ga.; and one sister, Rhilyn Huse of Decatur.
Funeral services will be 8 p.m. Thursday at the Watts Bar Church of God with the Rev. Connie Goins officiating. Burial will be 1 p.m. Friday in Walnut Grove Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 5 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the church.
