Gloria Roby, 50, of Athens, died Monday, Feb. 1, 2010, at Athens Regional Medical Center.

She was born July 21, 1959 in Munford, and was preceded in death by one brother, Michael Gunn; and one sister, Joyce Renee Gunn.

She leaves behind her parents, Richard Gerald Gunn and Alice Faye Silvers, both of Athens; two sons, John Williams of Ft. Myers, Fla., and Shawn Nowling of Athens; one daughter, Leona Gunn of Athens; two brothers, Mark Gunn of Decatur, and Gregory Gunn of Cross City, Fla.; and nine grandchildren.

A memorial service will be announced by the family at a later date.
