McMinn schools revise policy on kicking kids off bus
May 7, 2008 ENGLEWOOD -- After situations arose across the country of bus drivers forcing misbehaving children off the bus before their designated stop, the McMinn County Board of Education is changing a section of the policy which states a driver may remove the offending student (in order to preserve the safety of other students, passengers or the driver) only after the principal or transportation supervisor has been contacted and arrives at the site.
