Joseph McMinn Bible makes return to McMinn County

There's no better home for the McMinn family Bible than the McMinn Living Heritage Museum.
The Bible of Joseph McMinn, an early Tennessee governor for whom McMinn County derives its name, was donated to the museum this year by Tom and Joan Barrett of Cleveland.

  • She dabbles - and paints and draws - in it all
    You can't keep a good artist tied to one particular style. In Joy Merckson's case, you can't even keep her tied to one medium. She excels in it all. For proof, view her Community Artists League exhibit now on display in the E.G. Fisher Public Library's Mayfield Gallery.
