My health kick kicked back
I've gone on a hunting trip this week - hunting errant golf balls and beach towels in Florida. I could have written new material to fill this space, but that would have involved work, and I'm not sure you're aware of this, but I'm about as lazy as it's possible to be without being deceased. So, I've pulled this little gem from the "So It Goes" vault. It's the very first "So It Goes" column in mint condition - a true classic you five people have probably forgotten all about by now. Enjoy! |

She dabbles - and paints and draws - in it all

A diet drink dilemma
Because diet soft drinks are lower in calories than ordinary sodas, you may think you have a free pass to drink soda, as long as you stick to the diet variety. In spite of their low- or no-calorie content, however, diet sodas can have a negative impact on your health for several different reasons. |
